Abstract:	Refractory fillers and high temperature brazing process were elaborated for joining of LaB6 materials and cathode assemblies manufacturing. Brazing is performed at high temperature (2000?2100 °C). Cathode assemblies produced can work at temperature close to mentioned. The brazed cathode assemblies are used in electronic microscopes and other electronic equipments.
