 Abstract:
The paper is focused on evaluation of friction properties of WC-Co, Cr3C2-NiCr and (Ti,Mo)(C,N)-NiCo HVOF sprayed coatings at elevated temperatures. The progression of CoF was measured during pin on disc test at room temperature and at 500 and 700°C. After the tests, the mechanisms of wear were studied, together with the heat affected changes of coatings? surface roughness and coatings? microhardness.
