 Abstract:
In the recent decade, hard-facing, as a most plausible and economic fashion of hardening surface of metal, has been attracting attention and enjoyed widespread use in cement and power industry all around China.

With the assistance of hardfacing, namely applying one or more layer of wear-resistant alloy on the surface of wear-resistant units such as the vertical spindle coal pulveriser, the vertical cement raw-material grinding mill, the clinker grinding mill, the slag grinding mill, the squeeze roller and the Wear liner, the burden of maintenance and repair will be alleviated. The hardfaced unites will enjoy better wear-resistance and increased service life, and it will also contribute to productivity. Moreover, this technology will save a good sum for enterprises, for the cost of maintenance and repair, or even replacing will be cut.
