Title:	Suspension plasma spraying of YSZ coatings with various microstructure

Abstract:	Several YSZ suspensions were plasma-sprayed, and obtained the coatings with wide-ranged porosity from very dense to 20vol%. Important factors to control microstructure of the SPS coating will be discussed.
