Abstract:	Bearing is one of the most importent part of rotary machinery used in engines,aircraft,gas turbines industry.In some industry we require electrical insulation on bearing .Due to its hardness and good electrical insulation,plasma sprayed alumina coating are being used for insulating.In this we will discuss about after doing the post treatment of plasma spray coating dielectic value incresed two times.In this paper we also discusse about the microstructure,porosity,hardness and bond strength of coating.
