The performance of YSZ coating prepared by PS-PVD is affected by many factors. In this paper, the influence factors such as the roughness of the bond coating, spray angle and spray powder state were studied on the coating properties of YSZ coating. The changes of microstructure, thermal shock property, adhesion strenth, and surface roughness of the YSZ coating with the influence were studied, and the optimum parameters were determined. |
