In thermal spray process nano coating and suspension plasma system is taking the new emerging field. With suspension plasma we can achieve the better coating quality and able to coat the nano-material. But it is very expensive process. The future of thermal spray will be the thin film coating .It will reduces the powder consumption and increases the horizon of the thermal spray technology. Feeding of powder is play a major role on the economics of thermal spray. For feeding the powder uniformly, fixed proportion and some mechanical modification of powder feeder is discussed in this paper.In this we will also discussed the properties achieved by the thin file coating by nano powder. |
