 Abstract:
WC-12Co and WC-10Co-4Cr coating were prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying and plasma spraying technique on Q345 steel substrate. In the coating porosity and coating hardness metrics, optimization of process parameters by orthogonal. The coating properties were analyzed by microscope, micro-hardness tester, impact tester and electrochemical test. The results show that the WC-10Co-4Cr coating prepared by HVOF spraying exhibited better wear resistance especially in corrosion resistance compared with WC-12Co. The practical application of the coating effect is good.
