 Abstract:
In work results of the conducted researches of the TSPC company on influence of technological parameters of process of spraying on properties and characteristics of polymeric coatings are considered.
As it is known, polymeric coatings may have various properties and wide scope of application. For example, anticorrosive, antifrictional, electroinsulating and other covers. Application of polymeric coatings is effective and economically reasonable solution of problems of protection at influence of various aggressive factors in many industries.
Technological parameters of process of spraying have impact on properties of coatings. Therefore, it is made: a series of polymeric coatings with use of various technological parameters, is made an assessment of characteristics, properties are investigated. Dependences of properties and characteristics of polymeric coatings on technological parameters of process of spraying were as a result defined.
The obtained data will allow to consider technological features of process of spraying at creation of polymeric coatings and to receive qualitative sheetings.
