| Abstract: |
Since the development of High Velocity Oxy-Fuel thermal spray technique, three distinctive nozzle design has been developed so far. The development of the process is characterized based on the nozzle design development into first, second and third generation. In this study a design of experiment (DOE) , combined with Computational Fluid Dynamic Simulation (CFD), was adopted to investigate and optimize the process parameters for the two design developed so far.
