| Abstract: |
Cu-Mn-Ni alloys, for example Cu-24Mn-9Ni, are well known for brazing hard stressed joints based on tungsten carbide and high alloyed steel. On this reason these alloys have a wide use to produce tools for mining and road cutting. Mn-reached alloys are hard to manufacture due to high oxidation ability and deformation resistant. One of the ways to avoid these shortcomings and to decrease the cost of brazing metal is application of mechanical alloying to produce Cu-Mn-Ni alloys in powder and compact forms (performs). The results of material testing in depends of technology choice, type of brazing, are considered. The adventure of performs application in comparison with powder form are discussed for both an air atmosphere and vacuum. The ways to avoid pollution residue are researched as well. A lot of samples of micro and macrostructures different joints are reported in some kinds of use.
