 Abstract:
The field of the thermal treatments experiences many applications and developments in various industrial sectors since the used materials are more and more brought to work under extreme conditions. It arises in it a considerable increase in the applications especially for the surface treatments such as thermal spraying. The implementation of a device dedicated to the knowledge capitalization and ability concerning the use of technologies of the production processes remains today critical for the promotion of collective progress in these fields. It is mainly the objective of this project which aims at promoting a remote formation (e-learning) to develop new systems of formation and to capitalize technological competences. Currently, the research and education world is experiencing many new drivers of change, partly enabled and stimulated by the new possibilities offered by the Internet. There is clear evidence that e-learning offers increased opportunities for formative assessment leading to real benefits in terms of student retention and achievement. This paper outlines the steps of the development of thermal spraying training supports using appropriate technologies in the thermal spraying domain.
