Abstract:	Hard materials as anatase particles are commonly challenging feedstock in Cold Gas Spray. In this work, mechanical alloying process has been used for obtaining particles based on TiO2 and metallic ductile component. Powders with different percentages of active material were prepared and sprayed. Presence of anatase at the top surface of the coating was provided, which assured the development of the photocatalytic process. Degradation of different contaminants in gaseous phase was tested
