 Abstract:
Intermediate solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC), which operates at lower temperature to reduce cost and improve efficiency, had received much attention in recent years. Vacuum cold spray, based on the impact adhension of fine particles to form ceramic film at room temperature, is a new method to fabricate thin and dense electrolyte membrane. In this study, LSGM electrolyte with different thickness, were fabricated by vacuum cold spray and densifyed at different temperature.Microstructure were studied after sintering at different temperature, and electrochemical test of cell were performed at 600-800 to evaluate the performance of the cell.
