| Abstract: |
The SLV Nord gGmbH is qualifying people with language barriers since 2016. Qualification takes place within the framework of the DVS guideline 1111 with additional modules for technical language. 38 people with language barriers (Refugees and others) were trained classically within the last 3 years, 14 people by using VWTS in 2018. The contribution will focus on our experiences during the qualification of these people, especially the experiences with WWTS. In addition to the subjective impressions of the trainers and the participants, objective results were compiled based on the length of stay of the trainees and the success rates. These will be presented and the resulting recommendations for use will be formulated.
An additional focus will be on the different age groups and the different experiences of the participants.
