IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Please note that there are TWO DIFFERENT hotel reservation forms!

Hotel Accommodation Form A (blue) = for stays during 10th - 15th September, 2013
Hotel Accommodation Form B (orange) = for stays during 10th - 18th September, 2013 (N.B. minimum stay 3 nights)

You must select the appropriate form which corresponds to the length of your visit to Essen.

As the Organizers of IIW 2013 - Essen, we have done our very best to negotiate the most attractive and reasonable hotel prices. However, please be aware that for the duration of the internationally-popular SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN Fair, hotel prices may be slightly higher than at other periods. Therefore, it is highly possible that if your stay includes the period of the Essen Fair, you will have to pay a bit more for your hotels!


Please make sure to complete the form which exactly matches the length of your visit during IIW 2013 - Essen!

Hotel Accommodation Form A (blue form) Kindly use this blue form ONLY if you will stay in Essen during 10th - 15th September, 2013.

Hotel Accommodation Form B (orange form) Kindly use this orange form ONLY if you will stay in Essen during 10th - 18th September, 2013 (N.B. minimum stay 3 nights)

Booking Information:
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation from Essen Marketing/Nethotel on the same day you have booked your hotel. Hotel bookings are guaranteed only upon receipt of a confirmation/invoice from your selected hotel.

N.B. All IIW 2013 hotels will require one night's deposit in order to finalise bookings.
Therefore, you will need to provide the hotels with credit card information or bank account details.
The full outstanding balance on your entire hotel stay must be paid approximately 6 weeks before your arrival.
You will also be informed about the deadline for cancellations free of charge.
