Koike Sanso kyogyo, together with Tamatsukuri steel service center (one of the leading steel service center in Japan) has developed new cutting production system call "Lossni" or no less system. It is a revolutionary new cutting production system to improve cutting production in steel service industry. Recent years, production style has been changed form mass production to more customized small quantity production due to the complication of the customer needs. Many cutting field has been affected and need to cope with smaller quantity and short lead time. It is against traditional production system based on the mass production such as "just in time system". This new cutting production system gives flexibility in production and at the same time improvement in productivity. This is a most advance Cutting production system in Japan Currently and We would like to present this system at Essen show with the actual user form Japan with proven result.
